Plank exercises help to strengthen your core, target multiple muscles groups, reduce back pain & improve posture.

As your core muscles become stronger, your body resorts to the now stronger abdominal muscles for everyday activities and exercise, thus reduce overusing or overextension lower back.

And by increasing the strength in your core, shoulder, back and chest, it helps to keep your shoulder back, chest out & stomach in, thus great for improving posture.
