From 24 Nov – 26 Dec 2025, our SwimSafer and Learn-to-Swim programs at Sports Lifestyle Centre help kids stay active, confident, and water-safe this holiday! 🌊

Programs Offered:
💧 SwimSafer – MOE-recognised water safety program to equip kids with essential survival and rescue skills.
💦 Learn-to-Swim – Fun, structured lessons to build water confidence, master basic skills, and develop proper strokes.

Swimming is fun—but safety always comes first. Here’s how to stay safe in both pools and open water:

POOL SWIMMING
1. Always supervise – even in shallow pools. Accidents happen quickly and silently.
2. Walk, don’t run – pool decks can be dangerously slippery.
3. Learn to float – it's the first step to water confidence.
4. Teach kids to ask before entering – never swim without permission.
5. Check the depth – especially for diving or jumping in.

OPEN WATER
1. Never swim alone – always have a buddy, even for strong swimmers.
2. Know the conditions – tides, currents, and waves can change fast.
3. Stay close to shore – avoid venturing too far, especially with children.
