Your diet makes the difference
I’ve been in different shapes throughout my fitness journey & my diet has played an important role to achieve these states.
Clean diet is something soooo unsustainable!
This is USUALLY for athletes. Calories deficits, types of food and the way it's prepared plays a big role to get that "abs" at my lower back, or cookie cutter magazine body.

Healthy balance dieting may not get you the 'magazine body' you are looking for, however it is a much more sustainable way of eating and you have a freedom of choices of foods!
