The AI agent that can run complex tasks end‑to‑end and deliver finished work - not just suggestions. If not, you definitely should 🚀

Here’s the shift leaders need to understand: Microsoft has now made Copilot Cowork generally available - with a new model. You’ll need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, and usage is pay‑as‑you‑go.

And just like that, the conversation changes. It’s no longer “Should we use AI?” It’s 👉 Where does it actually create impact?

Yes, AI has a cost. But falling behind will cost more.

A big thank you to the Swedish Business Council UAE for hosting an early yet fantastic Midsummer celebration🌼

You brought the true spirit of Swedish Midsummer to life in Dubai. From delicious food to great music and meaningful connections, it was a memorable evening all around 🇸🇪 🇦🇪

It was inspiring to see such a diverse mix of people come together. Whether Swedish or not, everyone enjoyed the experience. Sanda and Hareer from Storyals were there and enjoyed connecting with people from many different companies, all linked to Sweden.

This week, we bring our Customer Success Managers from around the world (almost all of them!) to Stockholm 🇸🇪 for a two‑day in‑person meet‑up before summer - with three clear goals: build trust, scale up, and have fun 😊

We dive into open Q&A sessions, listen to the leadership team share their perspectives on the importance of the CSM role, where they see Storyals in five years, and reflect on culture and wellbeing as we grow. Between conversations, we jump into team‑building activities that strengthen our collaboration, connection, and energy even further.

Moments like these remind us of the impact a strong, aligned Customer Success team has - for each other and for our global customers. 🧡
