💡 One of the biggest lessons we learned last week? Successful agents don't start with technology. They start with a clear purpose.

Last week, a group of Storyals employees experienced firsthand what we deliver to our customers in our "Build your own agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot" workshop.

Across two interactive sessions, we explored both the foundations of AI agents and the practical process of designing and building them in Copilot Studio.

What stood out most was that the real work happens before you start building. The most valuable agents are created when you take the time to define:
- The problem you're solving
- The outcome you want to achieve
- The processes you want to improve

Without that foundation, an agent is just a technical experiment. With it, an agent becomes a meaningful business solution that can simplify work, automate repetitive tasks, and help people focus on higher-value activities.
