The problem with these BS methods is that you have a very high chance of lowering your thyroid and metabolism, leading to many negative hormone and health problems.

You see, a sluggish slow thyroid and metabolic rate is something many women already suffer from due to hormone imbalances, toxins, stress and also,

When women on my program focus on increasing strength, and feeding our bodies with wholesome real nutrient dense foods plus take away all the processed foods, sugary chemical filled drinks, great things start to happen.

Strength is very important in your 40’s 50’s and 60’s especially you women.

So get pushing,

If you can do 10 push ups not on your knees that’s a great goal to work towards.

I have plenty of female clients even training from home 30- 40 minutes a day. 3-4 times a week now achieving this. So you don’t even need a gym if you prefer not too or have the time.

These are just a few of the reasons with what people believe to be effective when it comes to losing waistline and belly fat.
