Because we aren’t here to correct your steps or tell you how to move. We don’t instruct, we just hold the space.

Our only job is to protect the room so you feel safe enough to let your own inner glow shine. And honestly? Life isn’t linear and neither are we. We have our off-days and our messy middles too.

This space is for both of us. A place where we all get to drop the filter, show up exactly as we are and navigate the ups and downs together 🩷

THIS ENERGY IS UNMATCHED! 😭❤️‍✨

Yesterday’s Connect Your Glow live class was something else. We just spent the weekend training 5 amazing new Glowers in Training and yesterday they officially taught their very first Flow & Glow choreo to a packed room of supportive Flowers.

To our Glowers in Training Sofia, Daina, Malin, Johanna and Ida: we are so unbelievably proud of your courage, your heart and the way you held the room. You shined so bright! 🥹👑

And to our beautiful community: THANK YOU. The way you welcomed, supported, and hyped up our new Glowers in Training with so much warmth, screams, and love is exactly why this space is so special. You are the heartbeat of Flow & Glow. 🩷

Watching this transformation this weekend has us feeling so deeply grateful. There is nothing like the feeling of leading a room from the heart.

When we sat on live TV, we made a very clear promise: no mirrors. Ever 📺🌸

Because to us, a ""safe space"" isn't a marketing buzzword or a trendy phrase to put on a poster. It is a real, conscious decision we make before every single class.

What we say out loud and what we actually do in our rooms are the exact same thing. We don't use mirrors because we refuse to let judgment or comparison enter the room. We don't care how your movement looks from the outside—we only care about how beautiful it feels on the inside.

If you think your Glower stops thinking about you the moment the final song ends... think again 🩷

This isn't just a quick class to check off your to-do list, this is a community. In fact, we care so much about holding a safe space for each other that we build a 15-minute ""buffer time"" before and after every single class.

No rushing in and no rushing out. Just 15 minutes to pause, breathe and genuinely enjoy each other’s company. Crazy, right?

We never want Flow & Glow to feel transactional. You are always welcome to stay, exhale, and just hang out with the family.

Dear Flower,

Honestly, when you forget a step, spin the wrong way, and just decide to go for it with your whole heart anyway? We literally get goosebumps 🥹🩷

You might think you messed up or feel a little exposed for a split second, but watching you from the front, it is our absolute favorite thing to see. It doesn't look like a mistake to us at all, it looks like pure, beautiful freedom.

It means you’ve officially stopped trying to be perfect. You aren’t trying to copy a template anymore; you are stepping out of the box, listening to your own body and just completely owning your space. You went for it on your own terms and we are so incredibly proud of you for that.

We are never here to judge how well you follow a routine. We're just here to hold the space so you can break out of that box and remember how amazing it feels to just be you. The choreography only exists to give us a place to start, the rest belongs entirely to you.

Thank you for being so brave, for dropping the filter and for making this dance completely your own. We see you and you are doing so beautifully.

Your body is never a project to be fixed. And you don’t need to change a single thing about yourself to fit in here 🌸

When you step into a Flow & Glow room, we want you to feel one thing above all else: completely safe to just be yourself.

That is why we don’t have traditional instructors. We have Glowers 👑

Their job isn't to stand on a stage, show off or correct how you move. Their only responsibility is to take care of the room so that you can safely let go.

To all our beautiful Flowers: whenever you dance with us, you are deeply held. Your Glower is there to protect your bubble, to quiet the outside world and to remind you that how you feel inside is the only thing that matters ✨

We have new Glower trainings coming up soon. If you feel a calling in your heart to learn how to hold spaces like this, places where people can drop their filters and leave a little lighter, we would love to guide you.

Vinterviken is finally back this Sunday! 🌿🎧 6 weeks of dancing together under the open sky.

If the thought of dancing in a public park makes you feel a bit nervous, we totally hear you. It can feel scary to put yourself out there. But here is the beautiful thing: the exact second you put your headphones on, everything changes. The outside world completely disappears and it’s just you and the music.

There is no audience, no mirrors, and absolutely no judgment. Everyone is just in their own little bubble, doing their own thing. You don't have to get any steps right, you just get to move and leave a little lighter 🌸
