How to Prep for Dance Class Like a Pro (or at Least Look Like One!)

1. Dress for Success (and Sweat) – Wear a comfy workout outfit that lets you move freely—leggings, shorts, t-shirts, whatever makes you feel like a dance superstar. Just remember, if it’s too tight, you might regret that deep squat; if it’s too loose, it might have a mind of its own mid-spin.
2. Shoes Matter – Indoor workout shoes or dance sneakers are your best bet—unless you enjoy sliding around like Bambi on ice.
3. Stay Hydrated, Not Dehydrated – Bring a water bottle unless you want to sip your sweat instead.
4. Towel: Your Best Friend – You will sweat. A lot. Unless you enjoy that post-class glow turning into a drip, pack a towel.
5. Shower & Changing Room Available – You don’t have to go home looking like you just ran through a monsoon. The studio has showers and changing rooms, so freshen up before facing the world.
6. Hall Ready for Action – The dance space is all set, waiting for you to unleash your moves. Bring the energy, leave the excuses!
