The last two weeks have been feeling like weeks rather that just two weeks. It has been a period of strong powerful eclipses with the purpose of being out the truth in ourselves and in certain aspects of our lives.

My emotions and moods have been going up and down a lot. Many times good things were happening but I couldn’t feel the joy for it. I have had headaches for days.

I thought I was the only one feeling like this. But when I started to share with close friends it appeared that more are going through this phase.

What I have been doing to feel better has been to:
- Focus on being greatful for my kids and family.
- Taking hot baths to calm my system.
- Talk to people that I know are positive in nature and attitude.
- Be in nature.
- Asking myself what’s the purpose of why I am doing
