I can say officially now.😉

I’m proudly announcing this:
I continue working for F.C.C. TSR Honda France as European Manager, plus one more key role.🤫
2026 is my 7th season with the team.

This is a very special team led by the man I truly admire, Masakazu Fujii.😎
We have a very strong culture - “never ever give up” - which I fit in right away.😄

I joined since 2020, under the Pandemic time.
I came to win races and title, and took the challenge very serious on from day one. My first work was Le Mans 24h and we won together.🏆
And won several races and 2022 world endurance title, first for me and second for the team. Latest win was 2025 Spa 8 hours.💪

2026 season is a clean start. No space to back off.
We work hard and smart to win races and title.💪😎👍

Very proud to be part of 2020 and 2023 winning.🏆And the legend will continue.Number 15 is around corner. 💪😎👍

Years ago, before I made full comeback on Superbike, I did a full season on 600 to get my speed back.
I never stopped riding motorcycles at tracks and did occasional event races at the point, but I knew I had to sharpen up myself.

I picked same tire brand as most of my competitors, and the bike was not in top level but not far off.
The best part is level field in the class. You can measure your speed to others.
I’ve learned my strength and weakness. And I had chance to work on them.

The season was tough in many ways, but it really paid off in the end.
I went fast on Superbike immediately after that.

If you really want to go fast on Superbike, I suggest to race 600 a season or two.
Very few people can ride Superbike really fast. To do this, you have to ride on the edge.
600 provides you most of it.

After you gain confidence and speed on 600, you still would be tested.
Braveness and craziness are requirements for the bigger bike.
We often jokes “difference between 1000 riders and 600 is the size of…”
or “For 1000 riders, 600 is like a go kart”… so on.

Looking at this shot, I always see an unusual stuff. Right hand.
This is an exit of low speed corner, I shouldn’t be twisting the throttle like that if I’m on Superbike.
And never ever on 500cc MX bike…

When you have a chance to chase speed on 600, go hard.

Following is my old post with some editing:

A very good clip from 2014, suggesting many key points.

Fujiwara and Tamada, two leading team managers and rider coaches of Asia Road Racing Championship, were leading races “only” 11 years ago, on almost same bikes you can buy and ride today.

If any of young upcoming guys can master their speed on 600, they can become very competitive on any class.

This clip teaches us a lot.

Three bikes in this leading group, ZX6R, CBR600RR and YZF R6 are almost same we run. Only limited number of people can afford to buy and ride new emerging class, like YZF-R7/9, etc…

There were many upcoming guys from Asia building up their speed by following and chasing Fujiwara, a top class at WSBK/WSS, and Tamada, a top rider at MotoGP/WSBK.

Both of them are wholeheartedly involved with the sport to look after upcoming talent.

Anyone who committed to find true speed of super sport 600 for some years learn so much.

Also, teams and mechanics can uplift their level by focusing on 600.

These three bikes are very good bikes as straight out of box. And modified and optimized stock suspension can run very close to full spec racing suspension.

600 class is level playing field. If you are very fast, you have a chance to hung onto these world class riders.

Since these bikes’ introduction, 2007-2009, finding, running and keeping these are relatively inexpensive.
If you build up speed within 1-2 seconds from the world best, you are ready to tackle big games.
