🏋️👉 Have you planned your training for this coming week?
A new week is waiting just around the corner. And planning is key for a working training routine.
Are you one of those who come home from work and are just gonna relax for a little bit in the couch before going to the gym but ending up watching a new show and then don't "have time" or are "too tired" to go to the gym? 😉
Yeah I know.. I have been there.. but then this is what you need!
⚖️ Planning your training Sunday evening is a great way to make sure you know when and what you are going to do. You decide day, time and type of workout. Then it will be easier to go through with it because in your mind you have already decided that you are going to workout and it will be easier to avoid the dark power of the couch. 🙌
