Interested player, registered in RCL are welcome in trails for Saudi Cricket national team at ZAS Cricket Academy Riyadh on 11th July….
Dear RCL Registered Players only,
We are pleased to inform you that the newly appointed Saudi Cricket Head Coach Mr. Saleem Jaffar, will be conducting a Talent Hunt Program for RCL registered players who have good potential and wish to showcase their skills for possible National Team opportunities.
Players who have previously represented the Senior, U-19, or U-16 National Teams, as well as players who have not yet had the opportunity to represent the National Team, are encouraged to participate in these trials.
The trials will be held as per the following details:
Date: Saturday, 11th July 2026
Time: 6:00 PM
Venue: ZAS CRICKET ACADEMY, Riyadh All interested players must follow the eligibility rules and regulations shared by SACF.
ICC Eligibility Criteria:
1. The player must hold a Saudi passport; or
2. The player must have been born in Saudi Arabia; or
3. The player must have lived in Saudi Arabia for three years or more, with no more than 60 days outside the Kingdom in each year.
SACF Selection Criteria:
1. Recommended players should have performed well in domestic cricket leagues.
2. Any new player appearing for the trials must be below 34 years of age.
3. Players must be fit enough to pass the fitness test upon selection.
4. Selected players must be available for camps and tours.
This is a great opportunity for talented players to present their skills in front of the Saudi Cricket Head Coach and take a step toward National Team selection.
