Cool guy, Big PB 🏆
12 week prep this time around for Saf in his pursuit of a half marathon PB.
Sub 1:45:00 was his goal… alongside keeping in touch with his Strength lifts & muscle mass.
Boxes ticked all round.
As you can maybe tell from the text… it’s a swift return to lifting tin from here on out 🫡
