Beyond food choices, eating habits also play a crucial role in promoting longevity. Practicing mindful eating can enhance digestion and satisfaction, while maintaining a consistent eating schedule within a 12-hour window may optimize metabolic health.

๐Ÿ‘‰240 silken tofu
๐Ÿ‘‰480 ml plant besd milk
๐Ÿ‘‰8 Medijool dates
๐Ÿ‘‰1 tbs vanilla extract
๐Ÿ‘‰120 g rolled oats
๐Ÿ‘‰4 tbs chia seeds
๐Ÿ‘‰4 ripe pears, diced
๐Ÿ‘‰a pinch of salt
๐Ÿ‘‰4 Medijool dates, pitted and sliced
๐Ÿ‘‰2 tbs lemon juice
๐Ÿ‘‰4 tbs nuts and seeds dor garnish

1. In a blender combine tofu, 8 dates, vanila extract end milk
2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds
3. In each of 4 jars, layer diced pears, dates and lemon juice
4. Pour the oat mixture over the pears in each jar
5. Cover the jars wnd refrigerate overnight
