Are you ready for a once-in-a-lifetime journey?

Yang Family Tai Chi China Adventure starts on October!

First stop: Mount Emei, in Sichuan Province, the highest of the Four Sacred Buddhist Mountains in China.

Martial arts have been practised in the monasteries for centuries.

An international tournament will be held in Mount Emei, where athletes take part in individual and group events, culminating in award ceremonies, master demonstrations and international group performances.

A defining highlight is the Centennial Birthday Commemoration of Grand Master Yang Zhenduo, featuring scholarly presentations, personal remembrances and a vibrant disciples’ celebration that honors lineage, excellence and shared purpose.

For people not participating in the tournament, there are lots of activities planned in Chengdu!

It offers a perfect blend of cultural immersion, scenic beauty, and Tai Chi tradition, making it a journey to train, perform, and experience China like never before.

Centered around the 3rd Yang Family Tai Chi International Elite Tournament at sacred Emei Mountain, this experience brings together practitioners from around the world to compete, connect, and celebrate the living tradition of Yang Family Tai Chi.

The 2026 YFTC China Adventure has three distinct tours.

Tour Package A: A 14-day adventure for those not participating in or attending the tournament. It includes an extended tour of Chengdu and Emei Mountain plus Yangshuo, Guilin, Wudang Mountain and Shanghai.

Tour Package B: A 14-day adventure for those attending or participating in the International Tournament of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. It includes a tour of Emei Mountain, Chengdu, Yangshuo, Guilin, Wudang Mountain and Shanghai.

Tour Package C: An 8-day adventure for those attending or participating in the tournament and includes a tour of Emei Mountain and Chengdu.
