Although I trained as an Aerial yoga teacher, for me yoga means something else. Still, aerial play is fun, effective, regenerative.
It is stretching with presence. It is not a traditional practice but it is great for our body.
This is why I chose to use this tool in the Yantra Yoga and Aerial play retreat that I am preparing for you. 🪁
