5:40 Warm up with Cyclists by Fortitude Gym
6:00 ❗️Start of the 40K Ride (Adults 16+)
7:30 ❗️Start of 5K Cycling Ride (Kids 8+ and families) 
8:30 After cycling stretching with Awaken studio
9:00 Raffle Draw for the Participants
