A spoon appears solid, yet at a microscopic level it is in constant motion.
Metal is composed primarily of layers of iron atoms in constant movement, capable of bending under the right conditions.

With her blindfold still on at the end of our last session, Helen describes her experience during her Coaching Programme with me on Nature Communication (10 private online sessions). One of the unique aspects of my approach is the use of the 3D blindfold, which helps go beyond the chatter of the mind and strengthens the connection to intuition.
