A particularly big thank you to everyone today on the walk 😉

This is our last AAL walk 2026.

I'm not particularly healthy atm and will be taking "me" time getting back my "normal" ill just be doing some campervan traveling an hanging with my homies, so there will be some posts.

AAL has had a great 7 years so far and has been the springboard to a lot of true friendships.

I'm super glad I did this, it started as a whim and somehow became central to my emigration to a new country.

Great morning at Pego do Inferno with Caroline Stockdale and a great brunch on the Ria Formosa.

Caroline and I had a wander around the waterfall at the back and found a few new and easier ways to get there.

The waterfall was flowing quite hard and the water temp was perfect, couldn't get me out 😉

Lovely low tide by the time we got to the beach we like on the Ria Formosa.

A big thank you to everyone who made it to yesterday's walk, it was a stunning low tide morning stroll over Armona Island.

Super calm Atlantic, no waves, really quiet, loved this walk so much I hardly got any pics of you guys, this is only the second time in 6 years where there's no group pic, my apologies 😉

I personally don't think there is anything more peaceful and beautiful than watching the tide go out on an island, where all the little mini island sandbanks pop up all over,
