Another remarkable Michelin Star Experience took place on August 22nd, featuring the talent and creativity of Chef , with a perfectly curated wine pairing by .

Showcasing local ingredients and regional flavours, Chef Stefano Bulla presented a contemporary menu that celebrated the Algarve, while Cabrita Wines elevated each course with thoughtful pairings. Combined with a lively atmosphere, the evening was one to remember.

On August 15th, we welcomed Chef for another unforgettable edition of our Michelin Star Experience. ✨

Chef Angélica Salvador's carefully crafted menu met the distinctive character of in an evening designed to be savoured course by course. From the first pairing to the final plate, every detail came together to create a memorable experience around the table.

This year's edition of A Michelin Star Experience has been extended with two additional dates, bringing more outstanding Portuguese culinary talent to the Old Course Vilamoura Clubhouse.

On 29th August, Chef Carlos Pires from The Wine House, Quinta da Pacheca, will present an exclusive tasting menu inspired by the flavours and traditions of the Douro.

The experience continues on 5th September with Michelin-starred Chef Rui Filipe Santos from Palatial Braga, whose cuisine reinterprets Minho's culinary heritage with creativity, technique and a deep respect for exceptional ingredients.

Each evening will feature a carefully curated tasting menu complemented by a selection of wines from .group.

The countdown has begun. A Michelin Star Experience returns to The Old Course Vilamoura Clubhouse for three exclusive evenings celebrating the very best of Portuguese gastronomy.

The first experience takes place this Saturday, 8th August, with Chef Tiago Bonito. The journey continues on 15th August with Chef Angelica Salvador, and concludes on 22nd August with Chef Stefano Bulla.
