Meet the Instructor ✨ Noa ✨

•What inspired you to become a Pilates instructor?
Movement has always been part of my life - I started ballet at three and later discovered Pilates while learning to take care of my own body. I knew pretty quickly I wanted to turn that love of movement into something I could share with others.

•Your proudest client transformation?
When someone starts to trust themselves. Watching a client go from “I can’t do this” to realising what they’re capable of through consistency is incredibly rewarding.

•A Pilates move that represents you?
The Swan. Graceful on the outside, but requiring plenty of strength and control underneath. A reminder that you can be soft and strong at the same time.

•The most underrated Pilates move?
Footwork! It might look simple, but it builds the alignment, stability and awareness that everything else comes from. Never underestimate the foundations.

•Your Pilates mantra?
Trust the process. Believe in yourself.
