after running Nike after dark 2 years in a row, I think it’s definitely an iconic & unique event that sets itself apart 🙌🏼💫
the timing always comes around this time of year where sunsets are suddenly earlier than 6pm and we’re starting to experience darker and colder runs! it’s that time where a lot of us will start to take more precautions (not that we don’t in spring / summer) due to real lived experiences, especially among women ❤️🩹
I won’t say that these events are perfect, but I think it’s cool that a brand as big as Nike are trying to create a space for women to feel safe doing what they love most!! 🏃🏻♀️
and I can’t lie, that airport runway is one I’ll never forget 🫢
