In less than 2 weeks coaches Emily, Mai, El and Jaeden will be hitting the matt in Portugal for the European Summit (for non cheer folk think the euros for footie) 🤍🤍🤍🤍 in this sneak peak can you spot any of them?

This means there will be NO CHEER on the 18th or 20th of June. After this weeks classes I will pop a reminder on SPOND.

The sun has got his hat one which means only one thing…. CRAZY CHILDREN! Bring plenty to drink as the hall in Ty-Sign gets super warm in the colder weather so will be hot tomorrow.

I love this photo, snapped last night at our Vanquish class.

When people see me in my wheelchair, leading the class, I know it can be confusing. I have a spinal cord injury caused by Cauda Equina Syndrome but I always maintained that would not define me.

So whilst I may be rolling in my chair, hoping with my sticks… you will also see me crawling around on the floor, sliding on my bum or in the case of last night… being a seal in the floor 🤣

I really hope athlete B doesn’t pick “seal” again for his pizza topping, in warm up tomorrow at conquer!

Here at CUC we’d love welcome Maddie, who is now a Jr Coach / Volunteer at our Cardiff Class in collaboration with Growing stronger together � 🫶🏼

Some of you may recognise Maddie if you go to GST, as She is Hannah (the directors) daughter.

Maddie has such a big heart and has been at our last two sessions giving us a helping hand. Yesterday evening we made it official.

Maddie is in her 1st year of elite cheer, where she competes with Nova Cheer. She brings to the team that enthusiasm you first have as a newbie, and forget as the years go by. She is absolutely amazing with disabled children, a natural and follows in her mamas footsteps (who has years of experience within the ALN field).

Maddie we are so excited you want to give us a helping hand and we are so excited to support you on this step of your journey as well as your competitive journey.

I get asked often about a class for adults with ALN. This is something I would love to do and is definitely in the pipeline.
