Há uma criança em ti que ainda não esqueceu.
Que fazia perguntas sem ter medo da resposta.
Que cantava sem saber se estava afinada.
Que inventava mundos com o que tinha à mão.
Depois o mundo foi-nos dizendo que havia maneiras certas de fazer as coisas, adulterando-nos.
E fomos guardando a criança. Para mais tarde. Porque agora é o momento do adulto.
Mas olha à tua volta.
A natureza nunca pediu licença para criar.
A figueira não hesitou antes de dar fruto.
O rio não ensaiou o caminho até ao mar.
A flor não perguntou se a sua cor era suficiente.
E a música não existe antes de alguém se atrever a fazer soar o silêncio.
A escrita não existe antes de alguém confiar que o que sente merece a palavra.
A criatividade não é um dom especial de alguns.
É a linguagem da alma quando se sente livre.
É a vida a querer expressar-se através de ti.
Tu és a obra. Sempre foste.

It is life wanting to express itself through you.
