I’m a Trampoline Gymnastics Coach at High Flyers Trampoline and Gymnastics Academy located in Perth’s Area, Western Australia. In this role I coach Recreational and Competitive classes and I am known by colleagues as being a good friend and a coach who cares. Before joining High Flyers, I gathered a total of 14 years’ experience as a Trampoline Coach that allowed me my actual accreditation as an A

dvanced Silver Trampoline Coach by Gymnastics Australia. Trampoline Gymnastics is my life’s passion and something in which I want to be involved for the rest of my life as a coach and a eager learner. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favourite part of it is when you realize that all your goal settings and planning culminate in a successful journey to your gymnasts preparing them not only for the competitive environment but also to overcome other possible life challenges. I have a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education and Sports from Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Técnologias in Lisbon, Portugal.

Finally I can put the 🇵🇹 up on our International Competitions wall.

It's been a while, and know I tried every loophole to get it on there earlier but, more than worth the wait 😊

Thank you mom and dad for getting it and "Las Chicas" for bringing it.

What an amazing weekend at The Great Southern GymSports!

It was an amazing opportunity to be part of the inaugural GWA MAG Team Future Camp, on the 5th – 6th October.

I was invited to provide a different aspect to the camp, with 2 trampoline based rotations (standard and pit).

On the first rotation (standard) we worked on some trampoline basics, with Horizontal Displacement and Time of Flight as the main focal points.

Second rotation (pit) was a skill building focused one. Me and the coaches involved had a bit of fun sharing and exploring our takes on how to teach skills.

Thank you GWA for the invitation and all the coaches and athletes involved for the amazing experience.
