Bodypump at 6pm was off the chain tonight!! We squeezed 40 powerful women from all over the world, of different age ranges into the room and into the walkway and hallway! We ran out of equipment and some ladies had to use dumbbells.

We all attract our tribe and once again I'm so grateful to have strong minded and determined souls join me on this journey of fitness

No tienes resultados aunque estés “entrenando”.

Today's class was to tighten up technique,

To get to know each other better

To focus on breathing

To break the plateau

Bodypump is a pre-choreographed class where the music and the moves are already planned out by Glen Ostergaard of the Les Mills Fitness company. Some of the songs like the one playing here is torture for me as you know I love non-pop music. On the bright side, some of the other songs, I end up loving like the shoulder track song shown later.

I have been a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with various certs since 1997 and I am really grateful to be a Certified Les Mills' Bodypump Instructor to add to my credentials as of 2016!
