✅Prioritize weight training, the more muscle mass you have, the more calories at rest your body uses, this means that it will be easier to “burn” fat when it is time to do so. Remember, the goal is not only an “aesthetic” physique, it is also having a healthy metabolism.
✅You have to sleep. And not just get enough sleep, that sleep also has to be good quality. Practice good sleep hygiene, establish a “ritual” before sleeping that allows you to be consistent in when you go to sleep and when you wake up. One of the factors that will significantly increase your recovery and performance is actually getting proper sleep.
✅Limit alcohol. This is where most fail. Alcohol and training don’t mix. It doesn’t just dehydrate you. It also limits protein synthesis and temporarily limits the production of your natural testosterone. And to make matters worse, it does not allow you to achieve the deep sleep phase, which has even more adverse effects.
