Two days on the Rawka river = 28 km of pure adventure 🚣‍♀️🌿
Fallen trees, shallow water, mini waterfalls, encounters with animals – the river kept things interesting.
The weather wasn’t merciful on day one, but we didn’t give up and still enjoyed every moment.
It was equal parts fun and training – exactly how we like it! 💪🌊

We’re honored to support the Centro De Integración Tapalpa A.C. (CITAC) — a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of children, adolescents, and families in Tapalpa, Mexico and its surrounding rural communities. CITAC focuses especially on those living in marginalized conditions or with physical and/or mental disabilities.

Through educational projects that foster skills, competencies, and integral development, CITAC empowers individuals to access a more productive, fulfilling, and happy life.

CITAC contributes directly to 8 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, including quality education, gender equality, and climate action.

⏳ Ukończenie rejsu zajmuje od 30 do 90 dni.
💪 Wioślarze spędzają 12-16 godzin dziennie przy wiosłach, śpiąc przy tym tylko po 4-6 godzin
🥵 Każda drużyna wykona ponad 1,5 miliona pociągnięć wiosłem podczas całej podróży.
🌊 Głębokość Atlantyku wynosi 8,5 km, a fale mogą osiągać wysokość do 6 m — tak dużą jak dwupiętrowy dom!

🚽 Na pokładzie nie ma toalety — używamy wiadra! 😅
🧠 Wyzwanie jest zarówno psychiczne, jak i fizyczne, a izolacja, wyczerpanie, brak snu, a nawet halucynacje są częścią tego doświadczenia.
🚀 Więcej osób było w kosmosie lub wspięło się na Mount Everest niż przepłynęło ocean!

Last Saturday, Magda Nowak stepped into the ring for a K1 fight at the Sparring League, an event organized by SFC24 to raise funds for the Fundacja Warszawskie Hospicjum dla Dzieci. It was, quite literally, a fight for another good cause. Here's hoping the World's Toughest Row will be as smooth as the fight!
