🇬🇧EN: On 16-17 October 2022 in Starogard Gdanski (Poland) was the last Transnational Project Meeting in project “notHing lEss thAn an athLete” (HEAL) which is realizing as a ERASMUS+ SPORT - Small Collaborative Partnership in the field of Sport. The Project implemantation was focused to aiming at empowering women exploiting the potential of sports practice as an avenue for dispelling stereotypes and determining more favourable attitudes and capacities of female integration in sports and through sport.

During the final evaluation project meeting the partners evaluated the overall project activities, the results that have been produced and the dissemination efforts that have been carried out. Moreover, the partners generally discussed about further follow-up actions and networking actions to be generated afterwards.

🇵🇱PL: W dniu 16-17 października 2022 roku w Starogardzie Gdańskim (Polska) odbyło się ostatnie Międzynarodowe Spotkanie Projektowe w ramach projektu "notHing lEss thAn an athLete" (HEAL), który jest realizowany jako ERASMUS+ SPORT - Partnerstwo Małej Współpracy w dziedzinie Sportu. Realizacja projektu skupiała się na dążeniu do wzmocnienia pozycji kobiet, wykorzystując potencjał praktyki sportowej jako drogi do obalenia stereotypów i określenia bardziej korzystnych postaw i możliwości integracji kobiet w sporcie i poprzez sport.

Podczas końcowego spotkania ewaluacyjnego projektu partnerzy ocenili całość działań projektowych, rezultaty, które zostały osiągnięte oraz działania upowszechniające, które zostały przeprowadzone. Ponadto, partnerzy dyskutowali nad dalszymi działaniami i działaniami sieciowymi, które mają być generowane po zakończeniu projektu.

Work package (WP) 5- Communication, dissemination and exploitation

This WP aim to maximize the impact of the results produced in the project throught an effective communication, dissemination and exploitation of results and outputs realized.
SCB 03 will lead this WP and supervise all the dissemination activities of the project, reporting to the steering committee and the coordinator.
WP 5 is made up of the following tasks:
- External communication:
Official Project Website
Social Media Channels
-Dissemination
Dissemination Plan (DP)
It will be realized through the official website and social media channels of the project.
Final dissemination event:
As dissemination is intended as the spreading of real and tangible results to a specific or general audience, a final dissemination event will be organized in order to to directly contact potentially instead stockholders and the general public.
-Exploitation of results:
The exploitation of the project will last after the project lifetime.
The partners will use the results produced for new projects and activities.
-Sustainability:
The strategy for sustainability will be outlined in a Sustainability Plan (SP) drafted by the WP leader and agreed by all partners in the second mid-term project meeting (M16)

Work package (WP) 4- Sport for Females Tournament:

This work package's objective is to emphasize the value of young people with disabilities being included in and participating in sports. The "Sport for Females" event will be organized by the group of young ambassadors in neighborhood sports leagues and local communities.
The four sports tournaments that the ambassadors will organize are the primary outputs of this work package, together with the standard structure for the "Sport for Females" competition.
Polisport Nuoro is WP4's dominant force.
It entails the following obligations:
-The "Sport for Females Tournament" standard format creation
-Choosing local schools, NGOs, and sports clubs and establishing connections with them
-The completion of four tournaments

Work package (WP) 3- Training content development and training sessions:
The goal of this WP is to develop a network of specialized ambassadors by developing 12 young female athletes into advocates for gender equality.
The main products of this WP are the TC structure, the female sports tournament format, and a network of advocates for disability inclusion in and via sport who have received specialized training.
ASD Margherita is the WP's leader, and the following tasks are included in it:
-Research on training methods and content:
The research will be done to find training materials and approaches developed by EU projects, training facilities, or the project partners involved.
-Developing the TC (ETS) framework to teach representatives of the Sport for Disability Tournament:
-Under the direction of ASD, the partners will develop a format TC based mostly on the ETS methodology to teach ambassadors who will oversee and plan the Sport for Females Tournament in their respective nation's local communities.
-Piloting of the format TC: Three young people will be chosen to participate in a piloting training session delivered by each consortium partner using the newly developed format TC.
-Building a network of specialist advocates for the inclusion of people with disabilities in and through sport: The young people taught will engage in networking activities with one another and with outside parties to establish a community of practice.
