AFA turns 4!!! So so grateful to the village that gave us these four very wholesome years of support, happiness, movement, smiles, tears, health, highs, and some lows. We adapt through it all and hoping to continue helping our community for as long as possible!

The cutest Aabid, who’s tiny but mighty, and his parents has taught us how consistency and hard work pays off. A lot of trial and error for the team, and immense learning and hard work for us as well. But alhamdulillah what a journey it’s been from starting with a lack of extension to now Aabid holding onto supported steps so well mashaAllah!!

May Allah give us the ability to keep doing better and heal these amazing souls. Thank you for trusting us, and teaching us 💕

What an incredible 3 years, the most wholesome community, and an unbelievable journey AFA has accomplished! So so grateful for the AFA family and to the people in this picture. So many more missing who make a very crucial part of what we do. Thank you all for giving us your time, effort, and unwavering commitment.

To an ever lasting community, strength, memories, and inshaAllah more support from you all. May Allah provide shifa to all those who walk into AFA and keep us going for as long as we possibly can. A very happy anniversary to AFA’s family!

Here’s a before (swipe left) and after of a lymph drainage performed on a chronic post mastectomy lymphedema. Was definitely great to witness the difference achieved in just a week of rehab. Hoping for an even significant result with time. Here’s to another success by team AFA! 💪🏻

Guess who visited AFA for an assesment?! Pakistani racer and a legend with Ovais Naqvi from the 👏🏼👏🏼

Preventative fitness forward physical therapy is the way forward, hopefully leading to Formula2 racing for this one. Keep making the green flag proud Enaam and we were so glad to have you at AFA!
