dditional charges will be applied upon the return. If the bicycle is reserved, it must be returned on the original date/time. There is only a minimum of 1 hour. Q4: Can I pick up my rental at any Cycle.PK Bicycle Store locations? All bicycles must be picked up and returned to the XYZ location. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS. Q5: Should I make a reservation? YES, reservations are strongly recommended in order to guarantee that we have the correct bike available for you. During peak periods you should reserve in advance within 72 hours prior to booking. Q6: Group Bookings? Answer: We gladly accept group bookings but ensure a minimum 7-day reservation. Group bookings incur full payment if canceled with less than 48 hours' notice. Q7:When do I pick up my bike? Answer: All reserved bikes must be picked up on the scheduled booked time and date unless special arrangements have been made. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking. Please call the store if you are delayed in collection your rental. Q7: Is there a restroom?
