There is too much of a difference in terms of abilities of both teams when you talk about Indian and Pakistani women teams.Even Pakistani men's national team looses to India almost every time these days but in that case,the difference of quality or ability is lesser.So criticizing women team for loosing against India is not fair.Couple of things which should have been done better are fielding and shot selection.

A review on squad for Asian games:
Well after long time so much seniors rested/dropped for any T20I tournament,but it makes sense.Now, I explain how it is justified.It is criticized by comparing to Indian full strength squad,but with few changes it will be Pakistan's T20 squad for any tournament in coming year or two so it is not that young a squad.You are consistently loosing to India anyway so why not experiment?Coming to players selected,Saim's selection over Sameer Minhas with poor T20 record is debatable specially when you selected so many other youngsters but may be he is selected to have some sort of experience at the top and also because of his bowling experience.Other player whom's inclusion you can debate is Haider Ali over Farhan Yousafhat is to give him another chance and experience factor again is also there I think so that it's not completely a new team.Shadab and Usman Tariq are surely in future T20I plans of Pakistan,but here Arafat Minhas and Sufyan Muqeem are given chances after good PSL which is a good thing.

Well Mike Hesson's decision making and tactics have been strange,so were Aqib's tactics of going in champion's trophy with just one regular opener and one proper spinning.But these are not for the first time.Its probably due to social media that these absurds and somewhat foolish decisions are highlighted, otherwise we have seen absurd decisions related to Pakistan cricket in past as well.Shoaib Malik got selected and played in 2013 champion's trophy and 2019 ODI world cup both in England and was a failure but was not in the squad for 2011 world cup in India where he should have played.In 2011 world cup Asad Shafiq played in middle order who was not a great player of spin.

Squad preview for Australia ODI series..
Maaz,Abdul Samad,Arafat,Rohail,Sufyan, Muqeem,Ahmed Daniyal all are good picks.Decision to drop Rizwan could be risky,it is taken considering world cup is in South Africa but after Babar,he is still the second most reliable one day batter plus the safest ODI keeper in the country.Rohail deserved it due to his domestic performances for long time,but Ghazi Ghori still don't have good enough numbers to be selected for international ODI'S.Picking Shadab is highly debatable,he is picked as pace hitting all rounder in lower middle order I think but his bowling has been poor for long time and impactful innings against stronger opposition are also rare.He is Coach's favourite.Arafat Minhas is still a better option but he might not get proper chance or even might not get any chance when Shadab is in the squad.May be you could also try Hassan Nawaz in that role as he can also bowl a bit now.Ahmed Daniyal is a great pick as you need to groom a pace bowling all rounder for world cup.Pace attack is being criticized but Rauf is picked because he will be needed In world cup and his ODI record in SENA is also great.Naseem picked as new ball partner of Shaheen.Picking Ali Raza in ODI's keeping world cup in mind can be tried but he will be a risk in world cuoas far as leaking runs is concerned.Hunain will still be a better pick and he will be picked sometime.

Usman Khan should ideally be first choice keeper in T20's only.In odi if you want to try someone in place of Rizwan currently it should be Saad Baig considering Haseebullah's recent average performances.In tests Rizwan is still the best choice,as back up Rohail Nazeer and Saad Baig should be considered.Ghazi Ghori needs to play more domestic and A games before been considered as ODI'S and test's backup wicket keeper.

Arafat Minhas making one day debut against Australia will be good as he deserves it for long but also need to groom a pace bowling all rounder as world cup is in South Africa.

Pakistan in Test cricket has multidimensional problems.After Babar,Saud was your best test batsman and was consistent but Psl captaincy and focus towards strike rate has affected his test batting.Rizwan has similar case,he was very good in keeping and batting in tests but Psl failures are affecting him.Amir Jamal was decent but has lost his place due to injuries and spin wickets at home.Fast bowling is the most concerned department with lack of older ball and high pace bowlers.Along with Shaheen,Abbas and Khurram,likes of Hunain,Ali Raza and Muhammad Ali should be considered for England tour.Sarfraz made test head coach too early and without proper experience is another mistake.

Usman Khan already scoring heavily at a great strike rate in crucial part of the league putting that technique discussion aside.Playing those scoopes against Salman Mirza might proove more helpful in future.

In terms of players and roles,positives of this psl are Sameer Minhas,Farhan Yousaf,Babar getting back into form,Muhammad Ali's bowling.Usman Khan performing as a wicket keeper batter...Haris has also been good but Pakistan has already many options in opening so needs someone in middle order.
Disappointments so far are Wasim Junior,Abrar and Usman Tariq,Saim Ayub.
Also still no one is seen to be filling the gap of pace bowling all-rounder.Abbas has some improvement in bowling but has been poor with the ball.Wasim Junior as mentioned above has been a complete disappointment.Jahandad and Aamir Jamal also not good enough.Ahmed Daniyal may have been better but he has fitness issues.
