آج معہد الندوۃ الاسلامی کوئٹہ کو یہ سعادت حاصل ہوئی کہ شہر کے معروف فزیکل ٹرینر اور ماہرِ فٹنس پروفیسر ظہور احمد صاحب نے ادارے کا دورہ کیا اور طلبہ و اساتذہ کے لیے ایک نہایت مفید اور معلوماتی فزیکل ایجوکیشن ورکشاپ منعقد کیا۔

پروفیسر صاحب نہ صرف مختلف یونیورسٹیوں اور کالجوں میں فٹنس کوچ کی حیثیت سے خدمات انجام دے رہے ہیں بلکہ کوئٹہ کے اسپورٹس حلقوں میں ایک ممتاز مقام رکھتے ہیں۔

فزیکل فٹنس کی اہمیت و ضرورت پر تفصیلی گفتگو ہوئی

صحت مند جسم کے تعلیمی کارکردگی اور ذاتی زندگی پر مثبت اثرات پر روشنی ڈالی گئی
