یہ ایک انتہائی افسوسناک اور قابلِ تشویش واقعہ ہے، جو کھیلوں کے فروغ اور گراؤنڈز کی شفافیت پر ایک بڑا سوالیہ نشان کھڑا کرتا ہے۔

واقعے کا تفصیلی خلاصہ
مرکزی کردار: جناب عارف خان، سابق PSO وزیر اعلیٰ علی امین گنڈا پور جو کہ اب کسی باضابطہ عہدے پر فائز نہیں بلکہ بطور OSD (Officer on Special Duty) ہیں۔🖐🏿🖐🏿

واقعہ: سول کوارٹر گراؤنڈ میں میچ کے دوران گراؤنڈ میں دوستوں کے ساتھ بیٹھے ہونے پر جب کھلاڑیوں نے ضابطے کے تحت انہیں باہر جانے کا کہا، تو وہ باہر نہیں ہوئے جس پر تلخ کلامی ہوئی۔ اس کے بعد موصوف نے اپنے سابقہ ذاتی تعلق اور اثر و رسوخ کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے گراؤنڈ کو بند کروا دیا۔
انتظامیہ کی غفلت: گراؤنڈ اسٹاف اپنی پیشہ ورانہ ذمہ داریاں نبھانے کے بجائے چاپلوسی کا مظاہرہ کر رہا ہے اور یہ جواز پیش کر رہا ہے کہ گراؤنڈ ڈائریکٹر جنرل اسپورٹس کے حکم پر بند کیا گیا ہے۔
اعلیٰ حکام سے فوری مطالبات
غیر جانبدارانہ انکوائری: واقعے کی فوری اور شفاف تحقیقات کروائی جائیں کہ ایک ایسے شخص کی مداخلت پر کس کے حکم سے عوامی اسپورٹس گراؤنڈ کو بند کیا گیا جو اس وقت کسی سرکاری عہدے پر نہیں ہے۔
اختیارات کے ناجائز استعمال کی روک تھام: سابقہ پروٹوکول یا ذاتی تعلق کی بنیاد پر اسپورٹس گراؤنڈز کو ذاتی جاگیر سمجھنے اور کھلاڑیوں پر دباؤ ڈالنے کے اس عمل کا سخت نوٹس لیا جائے۔
ذمہ دار اسٹاف کے خلاف کارروائی: جو گراؤنڈ اسٹاف اپنی ڈیوٹی چھوڑ کر خوشامد اور غفلت کا مرتکب ہو رہا ہے، اس کے خلاف محکمانہ کارروائی کی جائے۔
گراؤنڈ کی فوری بحالی: اسپورٹس گراؤنڈز صرف کھلاڑیوں اور عوام کے لیے ہوتے ہیں، لہذا اسے فوری طور پر دوبارہ کھولا جائے تاکہ نوجوانوں کی کھیلوں کی سرگرمیاں بلا تعطل جاری رہ سکیں۔
