An uneducated boy who did not attend school regularly and could not complete his matriculation. He always used to flirt with a girl named Hameza in school.
One can easily assess his leadership skills because education is not important for playing cricket but it is very important for leadership because communication is directly related to leadership.
How will a player who can't speak Urdu or English talk to anyone and build confidence?
As usual his captaincy in this tournament surprised us but we wondered what this man is up to.
Few mistakes of his captaincy...
1. He cannot count 20 overs on his fingers, cannot assess the situation, cannot analyze the changes in the game.
2. There is Amir, Shaheen and Naseem but they manage to bowl Tapia in the last over, and they cannot defend 15 runs on such a tough wicket against the new American team.
3. The brainless fast bowler bowled all six balls as a yorker and the captain did not ask him to change the ball as the batsmen would be ready for it.
4. To defend five runs off the last ball, he yorks and calls the fielder up.
5. He sends Chacha into the attack and keeps Fakher as the non-striker's end, and the average Shadab as the second batsman.
5. He could not take advantage of the wicket.
He didn't plan to chase down just 119 on a dead wicket with a strike rotation and every player in his team trying to be Chris Gayle instead of singles or doubles.
6. He sends imad Wasim and Shadab ahead of the specialist batsmen.
7. Did not send Naseem who has proved himself many times in batting.
8. He doesn't know how to build pressure, how to break momentum.
9. As a captain he does not take reviews at the right time and 16 out of 18 reviews have failed.
He was the captain of U-19, KK and PZ but could not even reach the finals.
Have seen him on several occasions but this guy is in no way fit to be a captain. If ever he wins based on the performance of the batsmen or bowlers, it does not mean that he is a good captain. He is a world class player I am not talking about but he is not a good captain.
