I am honored to be invited as a speaker at "Pakistan Career Readiness Program" , an initiative that addresses a national priority: preparing Pakistan’s workforce for the realities of a rapidly evolving global economy.

My appreciation & gratitude to Sanam Hussain Hussain, Founder & Program Director, for curating a platform that meaningfully bridges the gap between education, employability and leadership readiness.

I recently had the privilege of appearing on podcast "Health Hour with Akasha Khan", powered by Dr. Essa Lab, where we explored something critical: why traditional wellness approaches aren't working in Pakistani corporate culture.

Here's what the data shows: Companies investing in reactive wellness (gym memberships, occasional seminars) see 12-18% engagement. Companies building proactive wellness systems see 76% sustained participation and 3x ROI on productivity.

The difference? Strategic wellness integration, not sporadic wellness events.

Three frameworks that actually work:

1. The Energy Architecture Model
Peak performance isn't about working harder. It's about managing your four energy types: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Most professionals drain all four by noon.

فزکس کا ایک قانون ہے جسے ہم "ایسکیپ ولاسٹی" کہتے ہیں جب کسی راکٹ کو زمین سے خلا میں بھیجنا ہوتا ہے تو اسے 11.2 کلومیٹر فی سیکنڈ کی دھماکہ خیز رفتار کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے اگر رفتار ذرا بھی کم ہو جائے تو زمین کی کشش ثقل اسے پیچھے کھینچ لے گی اور راکٹ زمین پر گر جائے گا۔ غربت کا مسئلہ بھی بالکل اسی کشش ثقل جیسا ہے یہ صرف پیسے کی کمی نہیں ہے بلکہ یہ ایک غیر مرئی مقناطیسی قوت ہے جو آپ کو آپ کے ماحول، آپ کی عادات اور آپ کے سماجی دائرے کی صورت میں مسلسل نیچے کی طرف کھینچتی رہتی ہے۔ غربت میں پیدا ہونے والے کسی کے لیے امیر ہونا صرف "محنت" کا معاملہ نہیں ہے بلکہ یہ "لڑائی" ہے کیونکہ وہ فطرت کے ایک بہت بڑے نظام کے خلاف تیرنے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے۔ تحقیق سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ خلا میں جانے والے راکٹ کو زمین کی فضا سے نکلنے کے لیے صرف ابتدائی چند منٹوں میں اپنے کل ایندھن کا 80 سے 90 فیصد جلانا پڑتا ہے۔ ایک منٹ کے لیے سوچیں کہ سفر کے پہلے حصے میں 90 فیصد توانائی صرف زمین کی گرفت سے آزادی حاصل کرنے کے لیے صرف ہوتی ہے جبکہ باقی سفر صرف 10 فیصد ایندھن پر مکمل ہوتا ہے کیونکہ وہاں رگڑ اور مزاحمت ختم ہو جاتی ہے۔ اسی طرح مالی آزادی حاصل کرنے کے لیے آپ کو اپنی زندگی کی 90 فیصد محنت، قربانی اور ہنر کو ابتدائی سالوں میں لگانا ہوگا۔

یہ وہ مرحلہ ہے جہاں عام ملازمتیں یا چھوٹی چھوٹی کوششیں کام نہیں آتیں، یہاں آپ کو "راکٹ" بننا پڑتا ہے جس کے پیچھے ایک بہت بڑا ایندھن ہوتا ہے۔

زیادہ تر لوگ اس لیے ناکام نہیں ہوتے کہ وہ کوشش نہیں کرتے بلکہ اس لیے کہ وہ کشش ثقل کو توڑنے کے لیے درکار قوت کا غلط اندازہ لگاتے ہیں۔ وہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ آہستہ چلنے سے وہ غربت سے نکل جائیں گے، حالانکہ کشش ثقل سے نکلنے کے لیے آپ کو چلنا نہیں "اڑنا" پڑتا ہے آپ کو ایک ہی وقت میں بہت سے ہنر سیکھنے ہوں گے، اپنی نیند قربان کرنی ہوگی، فضول خرچی اور منفی دوستوں کو کم کرنا ہوگا۔ یہ مرحلہ انتہائی تکلیف دہ ہے کیونکہ آپ کا پورا ماحول آپ کو پیچھے کھینچ رہا ہے بل، قرض، مہنگائی اور خاندانی ذمہ داریاں یہ سب زنجیریں ہیں جو آپ کو زمین سے باندھ کر رکھنا چاہتی ہیں۔

لیکن اس کہانی کا دوسرا رخ بہت خوبصورت ہے۔ جیسے ہی کوئی راکٹ زمین کے مدار سے نکلتا ہے اسے حرکت کرنے کے لیے ایندھن کی ضرورت نہیں رہتی۔ یہ خلا میں سکون سے تیرتا ہے۔ اسے "مومینٹم" کہتے ہیں۔ یہ بھی امیر ہونے کا راز ہے پہلا کروڑ کمانا اتنا ہی مشکل ہے جتنا پہاڑ کھودنا، لیکن دوسرا کروڑ کمانا ہوا میں سانس لینے جتنا آسان ہے۔ جب آپ کے اثاثے بن جاتے ہیں، پیسہ خود بخود پیسے کو اپنی طرف متوجہ کرتا ہے۔ یہ وہ نقطہ ہے جہاں آپ "مالی کشش ثقل" سے آزاد ہیں اس لیے اگر آپ آج شدید تناؤ اور مشکلات میں ہیں تو خوش رہیں، کیونکہ یہ اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ آپ ابھی بھی "لانچنگ پیڈ" پر ہیں اور کشش ثقل سے لڑ رہے ہیں۔ بس ایندھن ختم نہ ہونے دیں کیونکہ ایک بار مدار کو توڑ دیں تو ساری کائنات آپ کی ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔!!!!
