Hasan el-Basri said: "The death of a scholar is a wound for the Ummet, which will not heal as long as day and night are interchangeable. "
In 93. years of life, the great imam ehli sunnah, sheikh Mahmud Ustaosmanoğlu efendi from Turkey, returned to his master.
Janazah will take place on Friday, after the Jumuah prayer, in the harem of Fatih Mosque, Istanbul.
