A REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT 🙌🏽

In just eight months, Sisters Callisthenics did not remain merely a fitness program but it became a revolutionary movement for women.

A movement built upon a pure foundation, The understanding that a woman is not created to live weak, exhausted, dependent & disconnected from the amanah Allah ﷻ has entrusted her with, Her body, mind, and strength.
The base of this work was never just exercise or physical transformation, it was deen, purpose, discipline, and rebuilding the Muslim woman’s relationship with herself!

For generations, women were taught to accept weakness as normal, to sacrifice their health until they no longer recognized themselves, and to live as servants to everyone except the responsibilities Allah placed upon them towards their own well-being. Sisters Callisthenics challenged that narrative completely.

We worked for Woman Rights, by following the commandments of Allah ﷻ

Under my guidance, more than 200 women transformed not only their bodies but their lives!

Women struggling with PCOS, weight gain, chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalance, mental exhaustion, and loss of identity began to heal😭🫀

Mothers who once lacked the energy to care for their children properly found strength again.

Women who had forgotten the meaning of living with purpose entered this program confused and overwhelmed, yet emerged mentally clearer, emotionally stronger, and physically healthier.

The most beautiful part of this journey was witnessing women above the age of 45 accomplishing things they once believed were impossible, even performing handstands with confidence and strength.

That moment was never just about a handstand, it was about breaking decades of limitations placed upon women’s minds❤️‍🩹

This movement proved one powerful reality that, when the foundation is sincere and connected to the right purpose, the results go far beyond appearances.

One thought
One vision
One sincere effort changed the lives of more than 200+ women and this is only the beginning of a much larger revolution!

This was the very first message I sent to my friends in the group on 15 August 2025, and today that very thought has transformed into a complete program.

Back then, when I used to tell them that we have to work out after Fajr, it seemed difficult to them.

And then when I officially launched my course the following month, my students would eagerly show up even at 5 a.m ❤️

Everything unfolds according to destiny, wuth time. Allah chose me for this vision, and for whom those prayers were destined to be accepted.
Indeed, there is wisdom in every decree of Allah Almighty.

Today, by the grace of Allah, more than 280 women are part of this same group. Alhamdulillah Rabbil ‘Alameen 🫀

MaaShaaAllah! This will be the last week of our
Level 1, Batch 4
Level 2, Batch 3,
Level 3, Batch 2 and Level 4
I still can’t believe it, how far we’ve come!😭

Honestly, I didn’t even expected people to join at first. The idea of moving on to a next level felt like a dream….. but SubhanAllah, What happened in these 6 months completely blew me away 🔥
Now I have officially trained more than 180+ woman (of Age 10-60 years old) in just *6* months 🙌🏽😭❤️
Alhamdulillah! 💚

When I started this program, my intention was simple & clear, to provide fitness support to women who can’t work out on their own or join a gym.

If Allah has blessed me with the knowledge and ability to stay fit, then it’s my responsibility to share it with my fellow Muslimahs, my sisters in Deen. 💪🏼🫂

And Allah truly blessed us with such brilliant, strong, and inspiring women.

The energy, the unity, the barakah… it’s beyond words.
Alhamdulillahi Rabbil ‘Alameen. 🌸💚🙌🏽

But remember, this is just the beginning!
I’ll be here for you all, every step of the way, for as long as Allah wills. ❤️

The muscles in your body are not only for movement; they also support your bones and joints and help prevent them from becoming weak.

As you grow older, these muscles gradually start to weaken, which can lead to joint problems, weakness, and increased dependence on others.

That is why exercise is not just a form of play or recreation, it is a way to preserve the blessing that Allah Almighty has granted us ☝🏽

In particular, strength training helps build stronger muscles, supports the bones, and keeps you independent even as you age.

By doing so, God willing, even at the age of 50–60, you will still be able to live an active, strong, and self-reliant life.

Feeling so proud and grateful for all my amazing sisters who joined the first class of our Sister’s Calisthenics program! 🧕🌸
You showed up with discipline, modesty, and pure intention and that’s what makes you truly strong Muslimahs. 🤍

Our first sessions have been full of energy, smiles, and dedication, and I couldn’t be happier to see how beautifully each of you is growing not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too. 🌿

Remember, it’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency, effort, and sincerity!☝🏻

Every move, every stretch, and every breath you take with the right intention is a form of ibadah. 💫

I’ve personally seen so many people join expensive gyms, pay 20,000 a month (or even more), and still get nowhere.

They walk in the gym surrounded by the best machines money can buy, but end up using them in the worst possible ways❗️Not because they’re lazy, but because no one actually shows them what to do.

I’ve watched people copy random workouts, rush through reps with terrible form, or jump from one machine to another thinking they’re doing something effective. And the sad part? Most of them avoid hiring a personal trainer to “save money,” but end up wasting both their time and the money they already spent on the membership😣

What’s worse is something I’ve noticed again and again in gyms: trainers often don’t even look at you unless you’re paying them separately.

If you haven’t hired them, they won’t correct your form, won’t guide you, and honestly, won’t care if you’re doing something completely wrong❗️I’ve seen people struggling with exercises, clearly at risk of hurting themselves, and no one steps in.

And then if someone does get injured, suddenly those same trainers are ready to offer their services but now it’s in exchange for money. It feels less like support and more like a business waiting for the right moment💔

That’s what made me realize how important real guidance is from the start.

At Sisters Callisthenics it feels completely different. Instead of being ignored in a crowded gym, you have a personal trainer right on your phone, guiding you step by step from the comfort of your home.
Answering your questions again & again, because I understand what it’s like starting from zero.

You don’t need expensive machines or a huge monthly fee. For just 1500 or 2000, you actually get structured workouts, proper form guidance, and a clear path to progress.

From what I’ve seen, it’s not about being in a fancy gym it’s about knowing what you’re doing. And honestly, having consistent guidance at a minimal cost makes a lot more sense than spending thousands just to be left on your own🙌🏽

“Online classes be like: they just play a video and that’s it, no guidance, no chance to even ask questions…”

So last month, this woman called me. She was worried about getting older and her health declining.

She had already tried the gym and different online exercise classes, but nothing really satisfied her. She said, “Everyone I asked mentioned your name, but I still don’t believe online exercise classes can really be anything special.”

I gently told her to share all her concerns without hesitation, and that I would answer everything clearly.

Her main question was how I would guide her in an online class, and how she would tell me if she was struggling. She said that usually online classes just play a video, and there’s no real guidance or room to ask questions 😔

I explained that I only take as many students as I can properly manage. During class, every student, whether young or even 60+, can comfortably ask questions. And if someone needs more help, I give time after class as well, and even offer free private sessions if necessary.

Because my goal is not just to earn, but to be a means of helping women become stronger and healthier for the sake of Allah 🤲🏼

Now a month has passed. She sent me a message saying,

“I join the class early every day just so my morning begins with your cheerful salam. It gives me so much peace. In your classes, we don’t just exercise, we learn so much more. You may be younger, but the way you encourage us keeps our spirits high. A month ago, I couldn’t even imagine doing what I can now do with ease.”

Reading this left me speechless.

It made me realize something deeper: sometimes our role is not just to teach, but to bring hope, confidence, and ease into someone’s life. True impact isn’t measured by how much we deliver, but by how much we uplift.

When intentions are sincere, even small acts of care can become a source of great comfort for someone else. And when you serve with compassion, your work turns into something far more meaningful than just a task, it becomes a form of sadaqah that lives in hearts.

These are the moments that remind me that what I’m doing holds value, and that acceptance comes only from Allah☝🏽
