Danish Khan is a distinguished Pakistani International Karate Champion, martial arts researcher, author, and educator whose lifelong dedication has elevated Pakistan’s presence in the global martial arts community. Through decades of competitive excellence, research, and education, he continues to inspire athletes while promoting Pakistan on international platforms.
Among his historic achievements, Danish became the first Pakistani martial arts researcher selected by the European Karate Federation and the Okinawa Japanese Federation, the first Pakistani citizen to be seated in the Parliament of Sapporo City, Japan, and the first Pakistani karate master to raise Pakistan’s national flag in Okinawa, Japan—the birthplace of karate. He has also won numerous medals for Pakistan at district, provincial, national, and international championships while completing professional certifications through the Pakistan Sports Board, Sindh Sports Board, Olympic Council of Asia, and other sports institutions.
Beyond competition, Danish has devoted himself to education, training over one million students across Pakistan while also mentoring international students from Saudi Arabia, Japan, Okinawa, and the Philippines. His mission extends to providing free karate and sports education in government schools and supporting underprivileged children through accessible learning opportunities.
As an author and researcher, he has written two original books, including The Lost History of Muslim Martial Arts, reflecting his commitment to preserving martial arts heritage and advancing research in Pakistan. He envisions establishing a dedicated martial arts research center to strengthen sports education, historical research, and athlete development for future generations.
