Dr. Kholod Shafi is a qualified M.B.B.S doctor and a Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) from International Sports Sciences Association (US). She practiced medicine at health institutes for several years. Handing out help as a doctor to best of her abilities and compassion lead her to pro bono services. Practicing medicine and blending the art of physical fitness training became her ultimate passion through her athletic competitiveness in college. She has been Fitness Training since 6 years through their hidden strengths and beating the odds. Her clients range from preteens, teens, adults, elders & people with special needs. She has worked with women in prenatal, natal & postnatal periods, underlining the importance of balance of physical and mental fitness in these demanding changes. She aspires to train athletes’ and pursue a challenging career in sports medicine.
