It has had a miraculous transition from its sandy brown and chocolate days to the present nine lush green fairway and the beautiful greens amid rows after rows of planted trees. It took a stroke of genius to harness and recycle the sewerage water to convert a chunk of lifeless and barren land into a breathtaking and enchanting landscape of uninterrupted verdure – a truly nerve-soothing spectacle.
Salient features and facilities would come up with the 18 holes course, a beautiful driving range for warm-up and practice, a pro-shop of international standard, a golf academy to provide basic and advanced coaching, air-conditioned and well-laid out locker rooms and golf carts which would be available on hire. Many other facilities would also be available, which would truly make this course ideal for family usage. Tradition of holding CAS Veterans Golf Championship southern zone started in 2005. This championship is being held at Karachi for the third time whereas at the Airmen Golf Course Korangi Creek for the first time. It will be a unique experience for the golfers to enjoy the game at such a beautiful and captivating creek site.
