It looks good but it’s not for me type of thing
I have experienced that I was happier when I was out of shape
Its never always good having weight lose
I just wanted to clear this misconception that If you lose weight anyways, its doesn’t always have positive impact on you!
But although it looks good and quite convincing when you have good β€œBody Composition” which is just one of the β€œ5 Fitness Components”!

Worth experiencing this!
But Hated the journey!
