For the past three days, friends, volunteers, local authorities, runners, hikers, and mountaineers came together in the hope of finding Alexander safe. Despite the difficult terrain and weather, everyone gave their best in the search.

Sadly, that hope has ended in heartbreaking loss.

Alexander came to these mountains as a trail runner and will be remembered for his courage, passion, and spirit.

Our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones.

May Alexander Harris Rest in Peace. You will never be forgotten.
