Indian fans may get annoyed by this, assuming it’s related to Pakistan. However, they need to control their emotions and understand the rationality behind it: their board is controlling cricket. Even when Pakistan plays at a neutral venue in the future, the entire tournament will still be hosted in India. For neutral teams, it remains a mess. This does not happen in any other sport globally, making it a complete joke.

That said, these boards should have raised their voices or protested when the tournament was being scheduled between India and Pakistan.

Nevertheless, wrongdoing will always be called out. Some will speak loudly, while others will discuss it privately, but it cannot be hidden or normalized.

The Modi government and BCCI may believe that the majority can be manipulated into accepting this as normal, but it isn’t. Similarly, distorting history through movies may attempt to fabricate reality, but facts and history do not change.
