๐ Ramzan Pakistan โ A Blessed Gathering of Faith, Inclusion, and Compassion
In the sacred and spiritually uplifting atmosphere of Ramadan, an extraordinary and grace-filled Qirat and Iftar Gathering was organized by the Pakistan Blind Sports Federation, in collaboration with BINAE Welfare Association, bringing together members of the blind community in a beautiful expression of faith, inclusion, and brotherhood. โจ
Around 250 visually impaired individuals along with their families participated in this blessed Iftar and dinner gathering, making it a truly vibrant and inclusive community event.
The evening commenced with a soul-stirring recitation of the Holy Qurโan by a visually impaired reciter, filling the environment with divine serenity. The gathering continued with Hamd, Naat, and Munajat, gracefully presented by Adeel Raja, which deeply moved the hearts of everyone present. The session concluded with a heartfelt collective Dua, seeking Allahโs mercy, blessings, and guidance for all.
To further celebrate the spirit of Ramadan, a generous Iftar was arranged where Iftar boxes were kindly provided by FFP, for which we extend our sincere gratitude. In addition, a delightful dinner was graciously arranged by the Rotary Club of Karachi Avenue and Ms. Sana Naqvi, reflecting their unwavering commitment to social responsibility and community support.
The seamless arrangements of the event were thoughtfully managed by Madam Iffat and Madam Azra, whose dedication ensured that every moment of the gathering remained organized and memorable. Adding joy to the occasion, Eidi was distributed among the children as well as the visually impaired participants, spreading smiles and the true festive spirit of Ramadan.
We would like to express our special appreciation to Mr. Furqan Bobby, CEO of FA Virtual Studio Islamic, who not only broadcast this religious gathering live on his channel in collaboration with BINAE Welfare Association but also graciously led the program, amplifying the message of inclusion and spirituality to a wider audience.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to all organizers and volunteers, particularly the volunteers from the Social Welfare Department of Karachi University, whose commitment and support played a vital role in successfully organizing this inclusive gathering.
We are deeply honored by the presence of our respected guests, including:
โข Mr. Rashid Aziz, President, Rotary Club of Karachi Avenue
โข Mr. Faisal Maqsood, Immediate Past President, Rotary Club of Karachi Avenue
โข Mr. Waqar, Ms. Azra, and Mr. Jahanzaib
Their presence added immense value and encouragement to this noble initiative.
A special note of gratitude is also extended to Mr. Ghous, Director Operations at FFP, who not only provided the Iftar boxes but also personally joined the gathering, contributing to the spirit of inclusion, compassion, and community solidarity.
Such gatherings beautifully remind us that Ramadan is not only about fasting, but about sharing blessings, uplifting one another, and creating spaces where everyoneโregardless of abilityโfeels valued and included. ๐คฒ
Pakistan Blind Sports Federation and BINAE Welfare Association remain committed to fostering dignity, empowerment, and opportunities for the blind community through initiatives that blend faith, compassion, and social inclusion.
โจ May Allah accept these humble efforts and reward everyone who contributed to making this blessed evening a success.
