The referee introductory course (which was held at Kunj Ground Abbotabad )of Fawad Ali Shah Aqib Hussain Shah and Faizan Khan which they have achieved from the Pakistan Football Federation has provided them with the fundamental knowledge and skills required to officiate football matches effectively and fairly.

During this course Fawad Ali Shah Aqib Hussain Shah and Faizan Khan have learned about the rules and regulations of football including the interpretation and application of these rules in different game scenarios. They have gained a comprehensive understanding of the various fouls misconducts and penalties that can occur during a match as well as how to make appropriate decisions and implement disciplinary measures in accordance with the laws of the game.

Additionally this course has equipped them with the necessary communication and man-management skills to maintain control and authority on the field. They have learned effective techniques for managing players coaches and spectators ensuring a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved in the game. Furthermore they have been trained in conflict resolution and decision-making under pressure allowing them to make fair and unbiased judgments during match situations.

Fawad Ali Shah Aqib Hussain Shah and Faizan Khan have also been introduced to the practical aspects of refereeing such as positioning movement and signaling. Through practical training sessions and simulations they have honed their ability to maintain constant visibility of play correctly assess offside situations and provide clear and accurate signals to players and other officials.

Overall the referee introductory course conducted by the Pakistan Football Federation has provided Fawad Ali Shah Aqib Hussain Shah and Faizan Khan with a solid foundation to pursue a successful career as football referees. Their achievement in completing this course demonstrates their dedication and passion for the sport as well as their commitment to upholding fairness and sportsmanship on the field.
