August was tough… It really became Me vs. Me.

At the beginning of the month, I told myself, “You will conquer August.” But somewhere in the middle, I started looking for excuses not to continue, because of tiredness, laziness, and everything in between.

Then I had to rethink everything.

I reminded myself that every goal starts with a reason. If you want to achieve something, you have to start somewhere and keep moving, even when you don’t know if everything will go according to plan or if it will favor you.

But whatever happens, I believe that if it’s meant for me, it will be. And if not, then maybe I simply fell short in my training. 😅

Either way, that’s another reason to keep going, train harder, and do better.

August was exhausting, but at the same time… I felt awesome. ❤️‍🔥

Now, moving forward.

One step at a time. One goal at a time.

Let’s move to the next step. LET’S GO! 🔥🏃‍♂️

Last week’s training really made me feel crazy. 😂 I tried a lot of things, figuring out how I could get more mileage without always feeling tired and drained.

And I realized something: I can actually go further if I have a proper plan. At the same time, I can learn to control myself, stay disciplined, and listen to what my body is telling me.

Now, I’m feeling less tired, and I’m starting to understand more about how my body works. Honestly, I’m feeling excited about what’s coming next! 🔥

Race days are coming, and now it’s time for recovery week. Take a step back, recover, and get ready for the next challenge.

Let’s go! 🏃‍♂️🔥

Something new, and definitely something I’ll be trying in the coming days! 💪🏽

I’ll be testing this carbohydrate drink powder by scorgeperformance during my daily runs. I’m still trying, learning, and figuring out what works best for my nutrition during training and races, and this will definitely be part of that learning process.

The other one.

As of now, I don’t say I want more. I’m just genuinely happy with where I am and grateful that I get to do the things I truly love.

I know this won’t last forever. But for now, I’ll do whatever I can for everyone around me.

Being good and being kind has no payment. Help whenever you can, stay humble, and never forget who you were along the way.

For now, I’m just happy. And that’s enough.
