The 𝙋𝙔𝘼𝙋 𝙈𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙩 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙧 proudly participated in Project 𝘼𝙀𝙏𝘼 𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙏𝙎: 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 on July 31, 2026, in 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙜, 𝙈𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙩 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮.This meaningful initiative brought together volunteers and community partners with one common goal—to create a greener environment while strengthening the spirit of volunteerism and unity.

As part of the activity, a feeding program was also conducted, reminding us that genuine service goes beyond caring for nature—it also means extending kindness and support to the people in our communities.

Every seedling planted is a symbol of hope, resilience, and our collective responsibility to protect the environment for future generations. May this activity inspire more young people to become active champions of sustainability and community development.

The 𝙋𝙖𝙜-𝙖𝙨𝙖 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 (𝙋𝙔𝘼𝙋)– 𝙈𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙩 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙧 proudly participated in the 2026 2026 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘼𝙙𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 (𝙎𝙊𝘾𝘼) held on July 30, 2026, at the 𝙎𝙈𝙓 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧, 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙠. The event brought together government officials, partner agencies, organizations, and community leaders to celebrate the City's achievements and reaffirm its vision for continued progress.

Representing the youth sector, 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙈. 𝙇𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢,, President of 𝙋𝙔𝘼𝙋 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙈𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙜𝙖, attended the event as part of the PYAP Mabalacat City Chapter delegation. His participation reflects the commitment of PYAP youth leaders to remain actively engaged in initiatives that promote responsible leadership, civic participation, and community development.

The chapter was inspired by the City's unwavering pursuit of excellence, highlighted through the presentation of the 10 10 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 (𝙎𝙂𝙇), 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨, which embody transparency, accountability, and quality public service.

Mabalacat City’s commitment to its youth was showcased on September 26, 2025, during the 2𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙙𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 (2nd SOYA).

The evening celebrated high-impact leadership, starting with the recognition of the Top 10 Performing Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Councils for their exceptional community projects. 𝘾𝙇𝙂𝙊𝙊 𝙈𝙨. 𝘿𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣 𝙏. 𝙏𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙤 confirmed these groups will represent the city in the Provincial Youth Check Assessment, a point echoed by Mayor 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙂𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙙 𝙂𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝙋. 𝘼𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙤 in his appreciation for their efforts.

Significantly present were the 𝙋𝙔𝘼𝙋 𝙈𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙩 𝙁𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, including 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙈. 𝙇𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢, the President of Barangay Mabiga, who attended alongside his counterparts from other barangays, demonstrating the unity of the city's youth organizations.

The centerpiece was the address by SK Federation President 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙋𝙖𝙪𝙡 𝘼𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙚 𝙋. 𝙏𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙘𝙤,, who reviewed key accomplishments and presented a 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 for Mabalacat’s youth development.

In a citywide effort led by the 𝙋𝙖𝙜-𝙖𝙨𝙖 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 (𝙋𝙔𝘼𝙋) – 𝙈𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙩 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙁𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙛𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 (𝘾𝙎𝙒𝘿𝙊), youth leaders gathered for a powerful two-day Capacity Development Training on May 20–21, 2025, at Subic Bay Travelers Hotel. The training focused on promoting mental health awareness and building emotional resilience among young leaders.

The PYAP Mabiga proudly participated in this initiative. 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙈. 𝙇𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢, 𝙋𝙔𝘼𝙋 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙈𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙜𝙖, actively joined the training, representing his barangay with passion and purpose.

Throughout the program, participants explored real-life mental health challenges, developed personalized self-care strategies, and learned how to become more compassionate and effective leaders.

A major highlight was the inspiring talk delivered by 𝙈𝙧. 𝙈𝙖𝙧 𝙈𝙞𝙜𝙪𝙚𝙡 𝙑𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙘𝙤, whose message left a lasting impact on all attendees.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the facilitators, mentors, and city officials who made this meaningful experience possible. Through initiatives like this, we are shaping a generation of empowered youth ready to lead with empathy and strength.
