How to Guide: (On-site)
1. Go to SMASH PLUS
2. Ask the receptionist at SMASH PLUS about the DBS jersey
3. Pay the 600 PHP to the receptionist
4. The receptionist will give you a QR code to scan, and you will answer the form that appears inside the QR code.
5. You are done, thank you for being part of the Da Burger Squad Family

How to Guide: (Online)
1. Message Seth Gabriel Bernardino
2. Ask about the jersey
3. He will send a QR code for the 600 PHP payment
4. After that, he will give you another QR code for the form to be answered regarding your jersey
