We would like to raise a serious concern regarding the frequent and almost daily power interruptions affecting Valencia City and Malaybalay City, particularly under the service areas of FIBECO Incorporated and Buseco Kasanag.
We understand that power interruptions may sometimes be necessary due to maintenance, emergency repairs, or other technical concerns. However, what concerns us is the frequency of these interruptions and the lack of proper and timely announcements, especially when outages happen unexpectedly.
As a business operating gaming computers, networking equipment, CCTV systems, and other sensitive electronic devices, these sudden power interruptions are a major concern.
