Yoga Meditation SJDMstarted in 2019 and is committed to sharing the gift of Yoga with others. We are based in San Jose del Monte and our weekly gathering is dedicated to uplifting everyone's heart, mind, and body through yoga asanas, yoga meditation, and the friendship that was built as we go along our practice. We are always open to anyone interested to experience
no matter their experience level. We are proud to bring together people from all over San Jose del Monte and beyond.
